The fastest way to remove your account is through the CityRyde mobile application. This option is available to both customers and Sarathis at any time.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from CityRyde's systems.
If you are unable to access the CityRyde app or prefer to submit a manual request, our support team will process your deletion upon receiving a written request.
Important: Any pending payments or unresolved refunds must be settled prior to account deletion. CityRyde is unable to process deletion requests with outstanding financial obligations.
